The FreeMount Bracket is a compatible phone mounting solution for Steelie's magnetic mounting systems. When your device is secured in the FreeMount Bracket, it can magnetically attach to various Steelie Mounts, including the Dash Mount, Windshield Mount, Vent Mount, or Tabletop Stand (sold separately).
Unlike other magnetic mounting systems, the FreeMount version of Steelie's system does not have magnets directly attached to your phone. This allows multiple devices to use the bracket and ensures compatibility with inductive chargers when the FreeMount is not in use.
The FreeMount Bracket is designed to be universal and adjustable, fitting most Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxies, Google Pixels, and other phones measuring 2.24" to 3.54" (57mm to 90mm) in width, with or without a case.
The Magnetic Socket on the FreeMount Bracket can articulate with the steel ball on all Steelie Mounts, allowing you to tilt your phone smoothly from landscape to portrait orientation and everywhere in between, providing adjustable viewing angles.
The powerful magnet used in the FreeMount Bracket is safe for use with phones and other mobile devices, as it will not damage them. It can also be used with GPS and MP3 devices. However, it is important to keep the FreeMount Bracket away from magnetically sensitive objects, such as credit cards, computer hard drives, or pacemakers.
